Documents Filed (art. 7 quater LD 193/2016)

Since July 1st, 2017, communication of notices and other documents that by law must be notified to contributors (sole partner or incorporated companies and professionals registered in registers or lists set up under a State law) can be made to the PEC (certified e-mail) address resulting from the National Index of Certified E-mail Addresses (INI-PEC). In the case of a full PEC mailbox or an invalid or inactive address, the document can be viewed by accessing the private area on the dedicated web site via CNS or SPID (in implementation of art. 7 quater of Legislative Decree No. 193/2016).
